Kataro Areni Red Dry

"Kataro" Areni is a dry red wine with a noble taste and rich aroma. It is made from the Armenian Areni grape variety. The unique terroir allows the full potential of the variety to be expressed. The grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 600–700 meters above sea level. Mild winters and sunny summers contribute to harmonious ripening, while eco-friendly viticulture methods preserve the wine’s intense and distinctive flavor. The entire process of vine growing and harvesting is carried out manually, allowing almost complete control over the quality of the future wine. After harvesting and sorting, fermentation takes place on the skins, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine pairs excellently with meat dishes, appetizers, game, and cheeses. It is recommended to chill "Kataro" before serving.
