Hovaz Rose Dry

“Hovaz” Rose Dry is a dry rosé wine made from the indigenous Areni grape variety grown in the Vayots Dzor region. The hand-harvested grapes undergo careful selection both in the vineyards and at the winery before processing. The juice is separated using the saignée (“bleeding”) method. It is then cold-settled at a low temperature and fermented at 16–18 °C for 6 days.
